Announcing the Launch of our New Website – Purple Diamond Marketing

We are pleased to announce the launch of our brand new website! It is exciting to have this project completed during March which marks 10 years in business for Purple Diamond LLC a marketing and advertising firm based in Beverly, MA. The new site is available both in a desktop and mobile version and the URL is www.purplediamondmarketing.com  .  Our goal with this new website is to provide a user-friendly browsing experience for our trusted and valued customers and business partners.

The new design also allows for streamlined menus, clear navigation, and a responsive layout for all platforms. Explore the site to learn more about our full spectrum of marketing services! A special thanks to Donato and Garrett Dandreo and the Compete Now web design team for making the redesign process a pleasure. They were exceptionally easy to work with and delivered creative and quality work within our time schedule. They also made themselves available for changes requested during the process and transferred our old site to the new design without any headaches.  They also surprised us by making the cursor on the desktop version of our website a PURPLE DIAMOND icon.

As a marketing coaching firm, we are often asked the question when should you rebuild your website. There are a variety of reasons why you should invest in a new site. For Purple Diamond it was part of our 10th anniversary campaign. We wanted a fresh new look which highlighted our 3 top services; marketing coaching, social media training and TV & Radio Media Buying.

Other reasons to rebuild your website:

  • New brand colors or marketing message has changed.
  • Current site is not mobile-ready.
  • Old outdated site.
  • Security reasons to have a more secure platform.
  • No results from website.
  • Unable to update your current site.
  • Site is not responsive or a high bounce rate.
  • Users are not converting to clients.

On average, websites have a shelf life of about 3 years, but can last longer if properly maintained with fresh content and updates.  Purple Diamond has had 3 web designs in ten years, but always added new content. We went from a “Flash Design” in 2008 in which a diamond tumbled on to the screen and when you clicked a button a diamond would twirl. This was our favorite site for visual reasons, but because of the flash design it was not easily found on Google. In 2012 we launched a Word Press site that was easy to maintain, but it started to look dated even with edits to the design. Both of these sites were designed in-house by Jason St. Jean, but for our tenth anniversary we wanted to work with our client Compete Now. We think they did a great job and we hope you think so, too.
