Your blog certainly hit home. Everything you said is true. I have become much pickier now than I was. Following up is very important with personalized phone calls, notes, facebook & LinkedIn. If you don’t follow up you could lose out. We at PIP are trying to get the word out that we do Integrated Marketing,by calling our customers & now we are also trying to reach out to unactive customers.Of course with social media.
